Yes. A Team workspace costs $29 a month whether you have 3 people or 25. You only move up when you need more people or more storage.
Every file anyone on your team uploads — attachments, voice notes, screen clips, avatars and card covers. Messages, cards and docs don’t count.
Nothing is deleted. You just can’t add another person or upload more files until you upgrade, deactivate someone or free up space.
Yes. Join as many workspaces as you're invited to, for free, and switch between them from the sidebar. Each person can create 1 workspace of their own on Starter; owning a Team or Business workspace lets you create up to 3 or 10.
Any time, from Workspace settings → Plans in your workspace. Upgrades apply straight away; you can move down whenever your team and files fit the smaller plan.
Workspace admins. Everyone else can see the plan and how much of it is used.
